Technobabble

Emma has some allotted time each week where she likes to play games at the PBS kids website. She has become quite computer savvy. I was working on the computer recently and Emma came up and started to explain to me how computers work.

Emma explains the theory behind the closing of an internet browser window:
"If you don't "x" that, it will still be there."

Emma explains screen savers:
"Sometimes the screen will be black, but then you just move the mouse and it will still be there."
