I (Dad) recently acquired some new tools and began work on various projects around the house. Rather than start with something simple, I jumped right in and created this built-in dresser/reading bench in Emma and Sydney's room. Let's just call it a "learning experience".

Wow Brent! That's gorgeous! Doesn't look like a practice piece at all. What kind of wood? Birch?
I think it looks great! If you want to try again to get more practice we could really use some dressers.
