You've Got Mail

One of the things I wish our family was better at is saying nice things to each other. We are always so quick to snap or criticize, but often the nice words take a little more effort. So, when I saw this post on a blog I follow, I decided to copy (I am VERY good at copying). I found these adorable mailboxes at the Target dollar spot (I am also VERY good at finding things there). I added some vinyl and cut out a bunch of blank hearts.

Now, we are writing love notes to each other. We had a lesson for FHE about love last night and the kids could hardly wait to write something for their siblings. We will read the notes out loud each night. I hope this will help us all to remember more nice things to say. Plus, these mailboxes just beg to be overflowed with candy and valentines on the 14th.

Such a cute idea. I might steal it for a RS project. (I too am very good at copying.)

So fun! What a great idea, I'd steal it too if only we had a target close by to get such cute mailboxes! Thanks for sharing!

Aw, great. So true. Those notes are precious today, but priceless, someday.
