Helping this boy with homework each night is a huge test of patience. He would rather do anything besides write his spelling words. I am constantly reminding him to focus, finish writing that one word, and stop chatting. It can be very frustrating. However, many times during this process, I look over at him being his spunky self and think, "Man, I sure love that boy!"

And still some people claim there's no difference between boys and girls. Hopefully he will mature some soon...but in the meantime, what a lucky boy to have a mom who loves him and makes him do the right thing!
