Dream filled December

I have been looking forward to December for months!  Why?  Because Shanlee got married.  It was just so exciting to see that dream finally come true.  She was the most beautiful bride!  Everything was gorgeous.  I cried during the whole ceremony.  Our family can't wait to get to know Ben and his daughter Izzy.  Crazy that we're all married now.

Since we were (mostly) all in Utah, we decided to get some extended family photos taken.  Its such an ordeal getting this many people together, in coordinating clothes, smiling for the camera.

We took a quick family one too.

On the way to Utah, we stopped in Phoenix and went to see Les Miserable at the Gammage Theater.  Our seats were terrible so it was hard for Aiden and Taylor to follow along and get into the story.  I feel like we will need to go see it again sometime.  Tanner joined us too, since Emma couldn't make the trip down.  It was a fun family night.

The rest of December was spent finishing up Christmas prep (although I had all gifts bought and wrapped well in advance, which has never happened before), and then enjoying our time together.  It was nice to have Emma home for nearly two weeks.

We did a lot of puzzles this year.

Aiden got this inflatable couch for Christmas and loves it.
