Beauty and The Beast

 Sydney's final HEY Productions show came in May.  It's hard to find the words to describe the experience.  I get emotional talking about it and we have a large photo gallery of amazing photos! It was truly a core/highlight moment for her.  

Having her cast as Belle (a perfect princess for Sydney) felt like a well deserved part.  She has been passed up and disappointed in casting over the years and so we were super cautious about getting our hopes up.  But, when the cast list came out and Sydney had her dream part, all 3 of us cried.  I knew she was going to be amazing!

And amazing she was!  The whole show (perhaps the biggest one yet) was incredible.  Sydney said, she has never felt more beautiful and she did walking down the steps with her yellow dress.  She said she felt so much love and pride and happiness. 

When the weekend was finally over, Sydney was so sad.  I told her, "how wonderful it is to have something so great that you're this sad when it's over."  This was a great way to end her "career" with HEY Productions.  Here are a few of the tons of photos we have.

So happy and proud of this girl!  I adore watching her perform.  I am impressed by the years of hard work to learn the set of skills that allow her to succeed. It make me so happy seeing her do something that makes her so happy.  What gifts she has to offer the world!
